【新唐人北京時間2026年03月02日訊】在法國海軍直升機協助下，比利時武裝部隊近日成功攔截並扣押一艘隸屬於俄羅斯影子艦隊的油輪。
比利時國防部長佛蘭肯（Theo Francken）3月1日於社群平台X發文證實，比利時的武裝部隊在法國的支援下，登上了一艘屬於俄羅斯影子艦隊的油輪，並實施扣押。這次的行動稱之為「藍色入侵者行動」（Operation Blue Intruder）。

據比利時通訊社報導，佛蘭肯在記者會上表示這艘名為Ethera的油輪懸掛幾內亞的國旗，但實際是俄羅斯影子艦隊的其中之一，並且已被列入歐盟制裁名單。
他說，比利時監控這艘油輪很長一段時間，並有證據表明油輪多次參與了影子艦隊的行動，包含頻繁往返於俄羅斯和南美之間、定期關閉識別系統及懸掛不同國家的國旗。
佛蘭肯強調，沒有影子艦隊，俄羅斯總統普京（Vladimir Putin）就無法對無辜的烏克蘭人發動戰爭。因此要將這些船隻一一排除，直到普京的侵略戰爭停止為止。
影子艦隊是由俄羅斯利用所有權不透明的老舊油輪所組成的艦隊，藉此規避歐盟、美國和七大工業國集團（G7）施加的制裁。
